Who’s Responding provides departments with immediate visibility into personnel responding to calls. This application allows users to ascertain whether responders are heading to the staging area or the scene, as well as their estimated time of arrival (ETA) at a glance. By eliminating uncertainty regarding which personnel will arrive, the platform enhances situational awareness. With a simple click on any smartphone, users can notify their department of their impending arrival, thereby streamlining communication and optimizing response times.

How it Works:

Upon receiving a call via pager, users can activate the Who’s Responding App on their smartphones. This action automatically updates a digital screen within the department, showing who is en route before the user arrives. Additionally, the application can display GPS coordinates, providing colleagues with distance estimates for all responders. An integrated feature allows for text communications that populate the departmental screen with vital information for those preparing to respond.

Moreover, the app displays a list of personnel currently unavailable, enabling better preparation for potential staffing shortages. This proactive approach aids departments in anticipating the need for additional calls if necessary.
